Since becoming qualified, I have continued to do courses focusing on pre- and postnatal fitness and rehabilitation. In fact, I always have at least one course on the go at any time, either in-person or online.
I've done a great many courses online, and there are some AMAZING professionals doing really amazing things and offering really great content. (And there are a lot that are not-so-great... needless to say, I won't be promoting them, but if they're not listed below, you can assume they aren't fantastic).
Here I want to offer you a selection of those courses - the ones that I think offer really inspiring, unique and important information.

JULIE WIEBE PT
Julie Wiebe is an incredible Women's Health Physio based in the US. I've done most of her online courses (twice!) and I would say that she is the professional that has most influenced my thinking as a pre- and postnatal exercise specialist.
I highly recommend her courses, there is stuff for women that want to get fit and understand the way their core and pelvic floor work, as well as more in-depth courses for fitness pros.
THE TUMMY TEAM
The Tummy Team offers a number of online courses that focus on healing and strengthening the core in a way that is functional and in line with your body's natural way of moving. No crunches and sit-ups! They have courses designed for pregnancy and after birth as well as back and hip pain. Their approach is fantastic.
