Beginners Postpartum Strength Programme

WHEN CAN I START THIS PROGRAMME POSTPARTUM?

You should get the go-ahead from your doctor (usually 6 weeks postpartum) to start doing exercise. (Sometimes 8 weeks after c-sections)

WHAT IF I AM UNHAPPY WITH THE PROGRAMME?

WHAT SORT OF RESULTS CAN I EXPECT TO SEE DOING THIS PROGRAMME?

This is not a 12-week programme. I am not promising a total transformation. What I am hoping to give you is an understanding of how to exercise postpartum. If you follow the programme, you will have so much more confidence and clarity about how to exercise and will FEEL significantly stronger.

CAN I DO THIS PROGRAMME AFTER A C-SECTION?

Absolutely - you should get cleared by your doctor to exercise first, however.
