Then personal training may be right for you.  Many of my clients that train with me regularly (1-2 times per week) fit exactly these scenarios. Personal training is a highly effective way to train that allows every moment of the training session to be adapted 100% to your needs. 

I get though that as effective as it is, personal training is a HUGE expense. But it's really not something you need to do EVERY week.

Many of my clients are already members of a gym, or want to train at home alone, so I meet with them once a month to once every 3 months to create a program that they can follow throughout their pregnancy or postpartum journey.

With a solid programme written specifically for your needs, you can get great results.

Some women just need one or two consulting sessions – I give them the guidelines that they need to build their own programs – I work with many athletes, trainers and women who are very keen exercisers in this way.

The most important thing is to find a way to get you training regularly and with confidence, and doing the right program that will help you heal and get results.

Our first session is a little longer, 1 hour 15 - I call this the "Initial Consultation"

One-hour training session:  290 NIS (regular training, 1+ times a week)

Initial Consultation (1 hour 15):  320 NIS

Irregular training session / Troubleshooting session (i.e once a month or every 3 months):  320 (1 hour 15)

Every subsequent 15 minutes (if you want a longer consulting session) 40 NIS
