Breathing is where exercise STARTS for postpartum women.
It’s the best way to connect to the abdominal and pelvic floor muscles.
And we need to be able to connect to those muscles in order to strengthen them.
It has soooo many other benefits too (which you’ll learn about in just a moment).
THIS is the starting point. THIS is where I begin with every client. And I want to teach you it for free.
Establish balanced breathing mechanics early on. Gain awareness around your breath, and learn what all the different muscles of the core are doing (pelvic floor, abdominal muscles and DIAPHRAGM - everyone forgets the diaphragm)
Then you can start to build an effective exercise programme on top of that.
